Email

Write to info@iata.co for anything: bookings, your balance, API access or a general question. One address, read by the team, answered by the person who can act on it. We reply during business hours and aim to answer every message within one working day.

What to include

• Booking questions: the booking reference (PNR), the passenger name and the travel date.
• Balance and top-ups: your account email, the amount and, for a bank transfer, the payment reference and date.
• API and integration: your account email, the endpoint, the request id from the response headers and the time of the call. Never send your API key by email; we can see it on our side.
• Sales and partnerships: your company, the markets you serve and the volume you expect.

Urgent travel issues

For a passenger who is at the airport or travelling within the next 24 hours, put URGENT and the travel date in the subject line. These messages go to the front of the queue. For schedule changes and cancellations announced by an airline, contact us as soon as you see the notice so we can protect the passenger under the airline's rules.

Privacy, data and legal

Requests about personal data (access, correction, deletion) and legal notices should also go to info@iata.co with "Privacy" or "Legal" in the subject. Our privacy policy explains what we hold and for how long.

Security reports

If you believe you have found a security issue on IATA.co, email us with "Security" in the subject and enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not access other customers' data or disrupt the service while testing. We acknowledge every report and we do not take action against researchers who report responsibly.
